Good Companions for Heavier Succulent Plants
DAINTY DWARF sedum species are good companions
for heavier plants; leaves are tiny, grayish to
bronzy. dish garden. Plants will live for many
months in a less-desirable place without much light,
but of course they do not grow as well as you would
like them to. You can also grow desert plants in
terrariums; glass bowls, brandy snifters, aquariums;
partly filled with soil. These are often especially
enjoy-able to children who love having their own
garden where they can watch plants grow every day.
The glass garden is prepared in the same way as
the dish garden but it will not need water as often.
